Combining online courses and live group coaching calls (online) with a strong community, leadership-focused online workshops, leadership challenges, and more, members of our group coaching program are NEVER ALONE, no matter how challenging a leadership situation they may be facing.
Leaders can sign up at any time. We also offer company-specific, closed group programs – please send us a message if that’s of interest to you.
Monthly membership fees start from as little as US$ 147 (compared to an annual coaching package with me personally starting at US$ 15,000)
You Never Lead Alone – Group Coaching in a nutshell
- Every leader gets access to a selection of our finest online courses
- All leaders are invited to all our group coaching calls and workshops
- Every other week, we run at least one group coaching call (online), open to everyone
- Every leader can send in individual questions up to 24 hours before the call, and we answer every question!
- Depending on demand, we add further calls or run calls dedicated to specific topics
- Once a month we run an additional group coaching workshop (online) focusing on a crucial leadership topic (like ‘providing critical feedback’, ‘managing change’, ‘low performing employees’, ‘leading different generations’, etc.) – approx. 2-3 hours long
- Once a quarter we run an additional group coaching workshop (online) focusing on 2-3 topics you and all leaders of our program choose

What “You Never Lead Alone” includes
As a precious member of our group coaching program, you have access to:
- our leadership-focused online-courses (from OKRs to burnout prevention)
- our bi-weekly group coaching call, during which we answer all your questions
- a quarterly workshop (4 h) on 2-3 topics you, our group members, select
- monthly workshops (1-3 h) for specific topics
All our calls & workshops are online and we vary the times to accommodate all time zones.
Based on the size of our groups, we will add further calls to give you the very best experience.
How do I get my questions answered?
You get answers on your leadership, management, and career related questions by
- sending them to us up to 24h before our next group coaching call takes place
- share them in our exclusive members-only leadership community
If you send us a question for a coaching call, we will answer it during the call.
If you want, we can address your questions in a confidential way, without asking you any further questions during the call.
Otherwise we will not only answer your question, but also discuss the topic further with you.
What about confidential topics?
When you share a question with us and ask us to address it in a confidential way, we will do so.
In such cases, we will purposely change some elements of your question, but still answer the core element of your question.

Who should attend?
Our group coaching programs are designed for managers and leaders with at least 2 years of experience managing people.
For young managers with less than 2 years of experience, we recommend our Bootcamp for New Managers, which has its own group coaching program.
The advantages of ‘public’ group coaching vs. company-internal
Of course, we do run company-internal group coaching calls. If the trust level is high, it’s a perfect way to learn from each other and establish strong leadership networks within a company. If you are interested, please send us a message.
But we have been approached by many attendees of such internal programs, because they did not feel safe to share their questions or struggles.
Open group coaching calls are the perfect way to learn from others. Your colleagues and people from different industries.
