Axel Rittershaus was the key player in drafting, developing, and facilitating our IMPACT program, which runs over five modules for 18 months. He developed this program for the top executives of our global organisation in close collaboration with us. All attendees were nominated and identified as potential board members of the future. Therefore, they are already very successful, highly skilled, and not easy to impress.
The program became a huge success, and within 4 years, we have completed five groups with more than 120 attendees from 14 countries. The feedback from the attendees is way beyond the usual results, not only because of the program’s content but especially because of Axel.
